It can be hard to know where to start with learning to manage your ADHD symptoms. Often it can feel like a scattered approach of trying to collect and remember all the tips, tricks, and general self-management information and juggle it all at once. When you focus on some things, others can fall off the radar. 

I have developed a structure to help you learn what evidence-based tools, treatments, therapies, lifestyle factors, and basic needs help you personally, so that you can keep coming back to basics and building on what works. If at any time you fall off, my aim is for you to have the tools and knowledge to pick it back up at your pace. So that you can get back to the life you want. 

This is a dynamic process and will be tailored to your individual needs and preferences, within a basic framework that you can keep and come back to. Or put on your wall. 

COST:
