This 40 page workbook contains 13 worksheets designed to help you consider your own perception of responsibility, and your own personal barriers to better mental wellbeing. It is designed to be used as either a stand-alone resource, or in conjunction with therapy.


While this is not an ADHD-specific resource, it contains useful CBT techniques regarding identity which can also be useful in the post-diagnosis journey.
