Service Description
Phone call (less than 30 minutes) to screen for ADHD symptoms and other relevant mental health and lifestyle factors before confirmation of booking. Screening phone call booking fee also acts as a deposit towards the cost of full assessment, should you choose to continue, and it is indicated.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. NOTE: Clinical Services such as Therapy/Education appointments can ONLY be provided to clients living in NEW ZEALAND (including telehealth appointments). This is due to the professional requirements of being a registered health professional.
