Service Description

Wherever you are at in your ADHD journey, we will work together on whatever we agree together may be most helpful to you in your current situation. I will pull together resources, research, tips, skills, and a whole lot of support and encouragement for you. A longer appointment can be useful where your difficulties may be more complex, or we are meeting for the first time and you would like more time to feel heard and understood.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. NOTE: Clinical Services such as Therapy/Education appointments can ONLY be provided to clients living in NEW ZEALAND (including telehealth appointments). This is due to the professional requirements of being a registered health professional.
